My Solar week Oct. 03-09
Hi all!
It was very sunny and warm week. The very late Indian summer stay in the central part of Russia, caused by persistent anticyclone, overwriting local records of atmospheric high pressure.
Together with weekends, I cut also some morning time from the working schedule. But at the end the trick was yesterday when I woke up a bit later, just enough to miss M- class flare So I catched only a tail of C-level activity.
I started Oct. 3 with C11+Quark and supposed as the last chance in the season for hi-res, but it turned out that it does not reach the summer level. Oct. 6, 7, 8 I use 130 frac with Quark and stopped down to 100, f45 with Lunt CaK. The first time I use PowerMate 5x in Ca and It came out quite well. Finally, on Oct. 9 as a seeing day by day becoming less and less promising, I took the Lunt 80MT DS. I shot with 3x and then made a 3000x2800 mosaic out of it. I start post with it, then I’ll process and add more shots of the past week.
Thanks for looking
Leo

Very nice close-ups. Neat and clean, AR12882 in the line of calcium and Ha are stunningly sharp. I also really liked the limb.

Thanks for your kind words, guys!
Oh, Alexandra, thanks a lot for your evaluation, I've also my favorite FD makers here on SC
Let me proceed with images of the day before, Oct. 07: the same 2882, a weak region 2880 and FD in CaK (ASI183mm, click for 3712x3712 resolution)

Re: My Solar week Oct. 03-09
Thanks to everyone for your feedback, very appreciated!
Finally it was very nice week, every day with clear skies. Even with not a very good seeing for imaging, DS+bino was the right stuff to enjoy the unlimited Sun.
The last set
Oct. 03 AR2880 with C11
Oct. 06 AR2882 with 130mm
thanks for looking

Mark, Stu, Alexandra and Valery, thank you so much for your comments!
BTW, as the sunny weather lasted until Sunday I made another attempt with C11. I keep fingers crossed while not process the session yet.
regards
Leo
