October 13 animation

Post by banjo »

Hello,
we have fun as we little, it was very weak the one on the right and in the thin clouds not obvious, I threw half of the videos.
Sorry for the quality of the follow-up, several firecapture crashes (????) and stalls seen the big clouds while I was eating (the autoguider does not support large passages).
Paul

That's a beauty despite the turbulence.

Excellent animation Paul.
Never thought of using an autoguider for Solar or Lunar imaging. Does your mount not have the Solar-tracking rate ??

Hello,
I use Firecapture autoguiding, with 6 meters of focal length it is imperative on the limb and for the surface the different speed compared to the solar displacement on the stellar vault makes autoguiding obligatory.
thank you all for your very encouraging messages.
Paul
