OK, the fall fundraiser is over. We had a total of 159 donations totaling $16,534!
29 donors from our solarchat web forum, 31 locals that I personally know through astronomy and birding and 99 Facebook followers that have little to do with the program but just support the spreading of science in our reason starved world.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to the slowly growing tiny group of people that support this entire program around the world. I am beyond words to convey my gratitude to those of you that have stuck with me since 2008 spreading the science and nature of the Sun.
Like I’ve said before, fundraising is my absolute least favorite thing in the world to do because it is mostly a series of very depressing days punctuated with the most extreme spikes of generosity from people I hardly know that support what we are doing.
We already have three sponsorees lined up for this year’s support and will be highlighting them in the next few days. Stay tuned for that.
Yay donors! Yay science!!

That's well-good news Stephen and I imagine that along with the op, you have had to endure the concerns associated with the Fundraiser, but hey you have achieved the target and more, so very well done.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and doing what you do best.
Good news on the sponsors too..
Regards
Terry
