The Sun in H-a SW150mm + QUARK. Images re-processed.

Post by Valery »

Hi all,

Today was a very nice warm day +23C with a high thin clouds.

The seeing was decent. Telescope is SkyWatcher 150mm F/5 equipped with a full size ARIES DERF, Barlow lens (effective F/35) QUARK Chromosphere and Basler 1920-155 camera.

Three ARs were visible on the disk.

Thanks for looking.

But Valery is in the south, on the Black Sea coast, some 46° N. I think he's got it usually warmer compared to the UK ;)

Alexandra,

Look at this picture. Towards bottom right (from the ceter) you can see Xepcon 21C while in London 7C only.
But somewhen in deeper winter UK is warmer due to marine climate with rare subfreeze and show.
