18 November 2021 WL sketch

Post by davhei »

A white light report from this morning. Lots of cloud so had to wait to catch openings in the cloud cover.

Eventually it cleared enough to observe and I noted two groups, the southern with what seemed like a split umbra. Could not make out any spots around the main ones, however seeing was not great.

Thanks for the sketch which does show the activity for the 18th.

If possible, please could you Keep the image-size for posting directly on SolarChat below 2-MBytes per image in JPG format and certainly for your excellent sketch down to a few Kbytes, to keep SolarChat running-costs down.

Thanks vm
Terry

Fabulous report and lovely to see a great sketch :bow :hamster:

I don't think a MB or 2 matters too much, don't worry :)
