Can you help me find ANY Lunt CaK filter examples for recording CaK filaments??

I've had a go with my CaK PST this morning but I don't think I can see anything. Unfortunately since removing my eyepiece filter (rust) I have not been able to get such good contrast, I think the band is much wider with the Baader CaK filter ;)

I know that Robert from the Isle of Skye has caught one in the past

Hi Ken

I remember recording a very faint CaK filament not long ago. I will have to find the image though...

I'm also processing today's images, maybe the filament will be visible

Check out this mosaic, CaK & Ha (20211122). The filament is faint but visible in Ca-K
