Full disk, Sun on 26th, Nov, 2021, 80APO+Quark+Apollo-M MAX cam, fair seeing

My first Ha mosaic is done. 6 elements mosaic, the Sun on 26th, Nov. Manual alignment take me a lot of time, but, it's worth when I saw the final result.
Telescope:80APO@F5 + Daystar Quark Chromosphere + R filter.
Mount: Sky-Watcher AZEQ6
Camera: Player One Apollo-M MAX (IMX432)
Capture: Exp=8ms, Gain=150, 2000 frames for each elements, 30% stacked.
Software: AS!3, AstraImage5, Photoshop CC.

Fabulous!! you can't tell it is a mosaic so well done :bow :hamster: I can't imagine doing it manually, have you tried automated software such as Microsoft ICE? I use Photoshop Photomerge but that isn't free.

Beautiful FD.

I use MS ICE, although the individual panes do need to be very uniform, otherwise the disk looks patchy. This has been my biggest solar imaging challenge for quite some time.

Thanks a lot, Alexandra. I tried photomerge after that day, and looks work, but the gradiant still can't be removed perfectly.

I face same challenge too. Even use a flat frame still can't keep each elements has same performance. This problem is much less in Lunar mosaic.
