Clouds and rain are the order of this season. 28 Nov was no exception. The game plan was to get some reference images with the C11-QUARK followed by C11- Solar Spectrum SUNA configuration.
It was very cloudy and I almost did not get started.
I was very glad that I went ahead even though the clouds maintained their presence.
To get images through thin clouds, I had to rev up the gain and image at 10 msec aperture. Very glad to have some images around AR2900:
By the time, I got to setting up the SUNA, clouds became a permanent feature. No SUNA images for this session.
Hope to get some images with SUNA soon.
Alfred

WoW, how did you image through all of that!? I would have had a challenge even observing through that visually. And got impressive results at that!!

Thanks Franco and James for your kind comments.
I must say I am surprised to be able to get such images through clouds. Over the years, I have observed that I am still able to get relatively good images in certain hazy and cloudy situations. In all I made about 20 recordings and these 2 are the best of the lot.

Thank you, Mark and Stu for your kind comments. We had very cloudy skies all days in the week. It was a no go for imaging today.
