03Jun2014 PZ's SHG Images: Ha Hb

I have, for the most part, overcome the vignetting problem in my SHG.
THANK YOU SPECTRAL JOE for pointing out the importance of a field lens!!!

My system at the moment:

Astro-Rubinar 1000mmfl f10 catadioptric telescope.
Pentax Takumar 200mmfl f5.6 + Televue Powermate 2.5x collimator (~ 500mmfl) + 254mmfl EO achromat field lens.
Schneider Tele-Xenar 135mmfl + Komura 2x tele-extender camera lens.
25 um slit
2400 /mm holographic grating (25mm x 50mm)

Only stardust in the wind, some fine and some less fine scopes, filters and adapters as well. Switzerland 47 N, 9 E, in the heart of EUROPE :)

from 7 am - 7 pm http://www.nanosys.ch

from 7.01 pm - 6.59 am http://www.wastronomiko.com some times vice versa ;)

H beta is so cool, I wish for some one to make a narrowband filter for this!
