SHG shots : Ha, Cak & He

I think that finally everything is now ok with my SHG :

and first shot in He...

...and in Hb!

For the treatment, I found a really easy way to remove the lines : GIMP. I found an option to remove the trail. It works pretty fine here too (except in Hb...)!

Why are the bands are not purely vertical or horizontal? I need to rotate the image 91.X degrees rather than 90 degrees.

The tilt is not from the merging program, but from the orientation of the slit.
You may tilt vertical direction rather than horizontal direction, which can leave a chance to remove the bands by others :)

previously I was using vertical orientation with same issue...

I don't say that the problem is coming from your (great) soft but most probably it's a common issue with SHG 'cuase is not the first time I saw similar issue on other website....

In fact it's maybe (even most probably) because my mount is not perfectly align on the north...Don't you think?

As I said in my last reply, the tilt problem should be from the orientation of the slit. The slit has to be perfectly aligned to Earth North-South direction, or else it will introduce some tilt.
