did a swap of camera lens part with
200mm replaced with 300mm
you get closer but centering gets harder to do
and easy to clip sun

Your SHG work is really coming along nicely!
As far as the Al line goes, my guess is that you're mostly observing the blue wing of CaH. The 396.15nm Al line is quite narrow inside the much wider CaH absorption feature. (Here's a spectrum I took earlier: http://www.pbase.com/p_zetner/image/157097805, also here on SolarChat somewhere. ). Unless your spectral bandpass is very narrow, you're seeing a lot of the spectral region outside of the Al line. From your images, I guess your bandpass is around 0.03nm, not narrow enough to isolate Al.
I'm curious about your close-up. How did you achieve it? What change in optics did it involve?

On second thought (!), maybe you are observing predominantly Al.
Here is a portion of the BASS2000 spectrum around CaH.
The Al line is very deep and about 0.04nm wide (fwhm). Generally the stronger the absorption, the higher up in the solar atmosphere you're observing (as long as you're looking in the "core" of the line). With 0.03nm instrumental bandwidth you'd be seeing significant Al absorption and (likely) some chromospheric features, although the sunspots are very dark and visible indicating mostly photosphere in your image.

being a novice I read following
from "the amateur scientist" C.L.Strong
a guy named Walter Semerau built spectroheliograph
he pointed out AL lines in some photos in text

if you don't mind, as an advice, I would suggest you first to improve more your focus before to go for some more exotic lines....
Start with Ha (the easiest for focus), then Cak (harder 'cause shorter wavelenght), and only after for exotic ones

Semerau was active in the 1950/1960's and published many articles in S&T.
The first in May 1958 and an interesting report on solar imaging in July 1968.
