February Geomagnetic Summary 2017

Just a few minor G1 solar storms this month resulting from intermittent fast flowing solar wind from coronal holes.

People reported seeing beautiful aurora as a consequence of the particle bombardment. Wonderful for those lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

Excellent record Stu! These coronal holes are great for aurora. I hope there's a whopper one geoeffective when we go back to Iceland in December...
