Hi,
January 2021 has been a quiet month except January second but I would like to show the comparison of results of a full month of two neighbouring stations just 4 km apart (parallel pointing) not real distance.
Interesting is that some days one catches more then the other and the way around.
Both stations are quite in synchrony. Now another antenna was built yesterday but this time with 3/8" Aluminum tubing (9.525 mm to be exact)
A third station is in planning here in the same town. I wish I could convince others to set up a stations a few hundreds of km away and so get data and possibly get out something smart Being a simple set up and cheaper then Solar imaging I do not understand the reluctance to set them up.
Thanks for reading and looking.
Below the two graphs from January
The new antenna which is quite good with a return loss of -15.2 dB and a VSWR 1.42 which according to the literature means 97% of the energy goes into the line. As I have a NanoVNA I can measure this. The investment was it worth. around US $ 50.00 as I also as mentioned in some other posting here I can measure and tune the necessary Bandpass filters.

Re: RMO and January 2021
Hi Rainer
Interesting results, thanks for sharing.
I set up my own detection station earlier this year. The plan was to have it ready for the Quadrantids; but some initial problems I needed to tackle decided otherwise. In any case, I've been up and running since 13/01.
My results pretty much match yours from an overall trend point of view (relatively even distribution without any real distinct rises in activity).
