Hi cracks
now that is an other mod waiting to be done here. It is a solarpromviewer which fits my vixen NP80M I showed you in the outreach section, some time ago
here a pic of the scope
It took me a long time to disassemble the SPV , but now I have opened it and found an Andover 656FS01-25 AM -7647 filter in it. The redside looks good , the other side gold/blue is foggy. So I have to get a replacement.
At andover I found 656FS02-25 with 1 nm bandwith +0.2/ -0.2 (very cheap ;-) )
and
656FS03-25 3nm bandwith +0.5/-05 , just 100 $ less :-(
Are there alternatives ?

Walter,
You might consider this filter from Omega on Ebay. It is cheaper then the Andover filter and narrower in bandwidth.
