Daystar filter is being used.
However, coating the inside of the filter can is divided into two.
Is this normal?
Do not reply to the daystar .

What do you think the problem is?

It should be well and truly covered by their 5/10 year warranty.
Don't attempt ANY repairs - leave it to DayStar.
