Blocking Filter DIY replacement

Does anyone try to replace blocking filter?
Please share.

PS Would like to change size of it. From BF5 to 10-15.

What are you trying to change it in? a PST?

I heard one gent drilled out the hole in the black cover. He got another few millimeters that way.
