@ Alexandra: welcome aboard! No worry, the spacecraft has not left yet and I am told there is space for at least another 3 billion passengers on the ship. (Ooops ! I meant chip).
@Eric and Rainer: yeah, I forgot the sunblock.... thank you for reminding me, what would I do without you two.....
So this morning on my way to the office I stopped at the local pharmacy, explained the trip. The lady, who seemed very knowledgeable and competent, said that the we should not look for a 1,000,000 SPF, that is not important. What counts is the chemical formulation. She recommended this product: she personally guaranteed that it will protect our DNA and neutralize any neutrons, neutrinos and other high energy particles coming from the sun, and possibly some CME's. And the best part is that it is not oily ! I was SOLD and immediately bought two.
When I finally got to the office I realized I previously bought this same product for my trips to the Virgin Islands and I found it very effective ! I am now thinking of calling NASA directly and recommend it to protect the astronauts on their trip the other way to MARS.

Thanks for the heads-up, Franco.
