Rainer that is an absolutely exquisite image. The profile of the prom at 3 o clock reminds me of a scorpion viewed from the side.

Was this with your Solex?

Hi,

No, that is a 9 image mosaic from my H-alpha set up.

The Sol´Ex has been decomissioned. It is just sitting there collecting dust and setrves as a DEC counterweight :mrgreen:
