Alas, a milky sky to work with 5/26/2024

Post by rigel123 »

I thought I might capture one more animation of the Eastern Limb with the floating prom as well as the thick filaprom on the SE limb but it was just a mess. Tuning wasn't great either with the transparency so the left side looks OK but the right is a bit of a mess off band. So a full disk and then I put the Eastern Limb in the best area of tuning for a bit of focus.

Warren,
I think your skies are still a bit better than mine. Nice work considering...

Nice pictures.

I do not look at the sky with the eyes of an astronomer, but of a person looking for the beauty of nature.
