Why do you use a 2x barlow and then a 0.5x reducer?

Can't you get a full disk without using the barlow or the reducer?

Looking at the picture, the camera goes into a 1.25" to 2" adapter and this adapter into the wedge. Don't use the 1.25"-2" adapter and put the camera straight into the 2" of the wedge, that should buy you another 1/4" of infocus at least.

If you've got a system you're happy with then fair enough. I guess it is the Baader click lock that is eating up focus at the back of the wedge.
