Inquisitive Muntjac 11th June 2023.

Post by steveward53 »

Was quietly minding my own business cooking my tea when I spotted this one casually walking towards the kitchen window ... :P

Luckily the 100mm Laowa macro was on the 550D after I'd been messing about with the 90D earlier , I bought it for getting close up and personal with tiny creepy-crawlies but it makes a fine portrait lens too ... ;)

There are some benefits of single glazing after all , shot from 3 feet ...

And folk often ask me why I don't move into a town to be nearer civilisation ....

These are beautiful Steve, he even has a flower in his hair :)

You live in a beautiful place, you are very lucky! I hate living where I do now since they built 100 houses on the fields next door. I've lost my seeing and the noise and light pollution is miserable. We are hatching a plan on how we can get away into the countryside without spending millions ;)

Wow - beautiful photos! I've never seen anything like that either. That's MUCH different looking than the deer we see locally in the southwest USA.
