Hi Stuart,
Excellent. The double peaks are well seen.

Re: Geminids 2023
Hi Stuart,
I looked at your last resutls from December 15th and the first peak is higher then the second one and comparing to my result of the 15th it is the same in my case.
whereas the station I always take as reference is different

I think more interesting is the significantly higher level of activity detected by your system around Dec 7th. Are these detections real, or anomalous, for some reason?

Re: Geminids 2023- Updated 17th Dec
Here's my updated chart which now includes the 16th and 17th showing that the peak of the Geminids is now well and truly over:
I've plotted every detection as an 'event map' over the period including 13th, 14th and 15th. These 'bar code' type plots show the structure of the shower to some degree and the decline in counted events during the day between about 9:00 am and 6:00 pm when the GRAVES transmitter in France is oriented less favourably in respect to the incoming shower and my aerial location here in NW England. The rotation of the Earth and my receiver with it, in relation to the direction of travel around our orbit and the debris field, also has an effect. These reasons are why my data show a double peak each day.
Thanks for looking.

Re: Geminids 2023- Updated 17th Dec
Last to the party as usual, busy work wise so only just got to take a look at the laptop results pre Xmas. Horrified to see no heatmap or observation totals having been recorded at all.
During the Geminid session, we noted a significant number of pings on the display screen throughout the maximum period, so I was confident the system was working. We did however, have several minor power cuts for a couple of days during the recording and I can only assume that these somehow caused a system glitch that prevented totals from being recorded. In the end, I spent several happy hours going through the daily CSV files, taking the hourly counts from these sheets to produce the graphic display below. Worth the effort though!! Quite an impressive Geminid display this year, confirmed by others here.
Regards to all and best wishes for 2024,
Les
