Home made tilt unit

Post by allhoest »

My tilters with a design similar to a front etalon tuner have a big in convenient: they change the optical path and a refocus is needed after each adjustment.

Here a home made tilter, based on T2 rings and 1.25 filter holders.

Luckily, the main axis is orthogonal (at least the orthogonality error is less or egual to 0.2°).
