Coma helical focuser and lift capacity.

The stock Lunt helical focuser developed the "wobble" after a few uses. Replaced it with the Lolli Coma helical. More robust design and build. But developed a preference for binoviewer. Kind of figured the total load is too much for the Coma. Plan was to switch back to Lunt focuser or just go mono until the FeatherTouch arrive. But being a duffus I didn't. Hope was if I hold the blocking filter diagonal with one hand while focusing the reduced load would save the Coma from damage. All was fine until a couple sessions ago. Coma developed the "wobble". Guessing the maximum lift load for the Coma is under 1kg. The FT finally arrived. So life is good again. Outside of now owning two wonky helical focusers. Trying to figure out what I can repurpose them for?
